I’m Raffaella, and I welcome you at the foot of the Cannubi hill, just a stone’s throw from Barolo and close to Alba. At my farmhouse, you’ll find genuine hospitality among vineyards and hazelnut groves, rooms furnished in rustic Piedmontese style, and a shared kitchen and large garden where you can truly feel at home. I love welcoming guests with simplicity and warmth, listening to their stories, and offering honest advice about the area, because I believe every stay can become part of a personal and special travel story.
After a good night’s sleep and a gentle wake-up, breakfast becomes a truly special moment, personally prepared with care and seasonal, high-quality ingredients. We’re a Dog Friendly place, welcoming two- and four-legged guests with the same joy! The garden is a space of freedom, for pleasant conversations or shared silences. No strict schedules or unnecessary formalities, just genuine gestures and simple, perhaps imperfect, but always sincere hospitality.
Each room tells its own story: different colors, carefully chosen furnishings, and details that speak of the past and of home. No two are alike, as each once served a different purpose, yet they all share the same warm, genuine sense of hospitality. In every room, you’ll find elements that recall its original function before renovation, preserving its rural soul.
We don’t have a winery like the ones you’ll visit during your holiday, nor do we produce on a large scale. We have just one bottle, a Barolo that tells the story of a hillside, a specific place, a deliberate choice. Behind it are days of work among the vines and in the cellar, but also a story of friendship.
