As well as the art of pasta making you’ll cook together as a group preparing simple but delicious pasta sauces that will compliment the real flavour of the pasta. All accompanied by antipasti and local cheeses
To further add to the experience you can also undertake a wine tasting sampling some of the great wines of the world famous Barolo wine region.
